Bree (Brigit) Span is a professional flutist and music educator with over two decades of experience. After completing her degree in Flute Performance at ArtEZ Conservatory in the Netherlands, she founded her own music school, teaching both children and adults. Over the past 20 years, hundreds of children have taken their first steps in music and learned to read notes under her guidance, both privately and in primary schools.

At what age can my child start?
Recorder: from about 5–6 years. Flute: usually from 7-8 years, depending on physical readiness.
Do we need to buy an instrument immediately?
